Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During busy periods, promotional events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Shipping starts from £3.99, depending on parcel weight.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £28.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

United States

Orders to the United States are shipped using a fully tracked international delivery service.

Shipping costs range from £11–£33, depending on parcel weight, and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Update (5 April 2026): All US orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means your shipping charge already includes applicable import duties and taxes, so there should be no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Italy, Switzerland & Ireland

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Shipping charges range from £5.95–£20, depending on parcel weight.

Canada, France, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand & Australia

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Customs & Import Charges

Unless otherwise stated (such as our DDP shipping service for the USA), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unfortunately, Sapónne Naturals has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

Although we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, adverse weather, transport disruptions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Sapónne Naturals cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be responsible for delays caused by postal operators, courier companies or customs authorities after an order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your order.

Orders are processed and dispatched using the exact information provided at checkout, and shipping labels are generated directly from these details.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to amend the address if your order has not yet been processed for dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once your parcel has entered our fulfilment process.

Sapónne Naturals cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, delayed or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Where a parcel is successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, we will investigate the matter with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Photographs of any damaged parcel or products may be requested to support the investigation.

Unclaimed & Returned Orders

Please note that our shipping charges are subsidised and do not reflect the full cost of postage, packaging and fulfilment. These costs are incurred once an order has been dispatched and cannot be recovered if a parcel is returned to us.

If an order is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused or could not be delivered, and the products are received back in their original, unopened and resalable condition, we will refund the cost of the products.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In addition, a restocking and administration fee of 15% of the product value (capped at £5, whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund. This fee helps cover the costs of subsidised postage, packaging materials, order processing, inspection, restocking and administration.

If returned products are received opened, used, damaged, contaminated or otherwise unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to reduce or decline the refund where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where we are otherwise required by law to provide a refund.
