Shipping policy

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Switzerland, Canada, Norway, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Italy, France and Australia

Order processing takes 1–3 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

UK: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders. Shipping starts from £3.99 depending on weight, and is free for orders over £28.

Deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days, but please allow extra time during busy periods as processing and delivery may take longer.

USA: For international orders to the USA, shipping costs between £11-£33 based on parcel weight, calculated at checkout.

Update as of 5th April 2026: All US orders are now shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means the shipping fee already includes import duties and taxes, so there won’t be any additional charges when your parcel reaches customs.

Italy, Switzerland & Ireland: Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail International Tracked, taking 3-7 business days with shipping fees ranging from £5.95 to £20. Bulk orders can be arranged via email.

Canada, France, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, and Australia: We use International Tracked via Royal Mail for these destinations, with shipping fees starting at £7 and varying based on the parcel's weight. Expect delivery within 3-7 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

Address Accuracy Policy

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched based on the exact information provided by the customer, and shipping labels are automatically generated from this data.

We are not able to amend or update addresses once an order has been placed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm that all address details are correct before completing their purchase.

Sapónne Naturals cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to customer error in the shipping information provided.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout and the parcel is delivered to that address, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the parcel has been prepared for dispatch.
