We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch where:

  • stock is unavailable;

Where payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method.

8. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Where applicable, prices include UK VAT.

We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate.

In the event of a genuine pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

Promotional discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Sapónne Naturals cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every reasonable effort to amend the delivery address upon request. However, once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make any changes.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

While we aim to dispatch orders within our advertised processing times, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Sapónne Naturals shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by postal operators, couriers, customs authorities or other third parties once an order has been dispatched.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided when placing your order.

Ownership of the products transfers once full payment has been received.

12. International Orders

We proudly ship to customers worldwide where permitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with the import laws and regulations of their destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within our product prices or shipping charges unless expressly stated.

Sapónne Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import procedures.

13. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • an incorrect address was provided;
  • delivery attempts were unsuccessful;
  • the parcel was refused;
  • the parcel was not collected from a designated collection point; or
  • the customer failed to respond to the courier within the required timeframe,

the parcel may be returned to Sapónne Naturals.

Where possible, we are happy to resend returned parcels. Additional postage costs will be payable before the parcel is dispatched again.

14. Unclaimed & Returned Parcels

Please note that our shipping charges are subsidised and do not reflect the full cost of postage, packaging and fulfilment. These costs are incurred once an order has been dispatched and cannot be recovered if a parcel is returned to us.

If an order is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused or could not be delivered, and the products are received back in their original, unopened and resalable condition, we will refund the cost of the products.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A restocking and administration fee of 15% of the product value (capped at £5, whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund to help cover subsidised postage, packaging materials, order processing, inspection and restocking costs.

If the returned products are damaged, opened, used, contaminated or otherwise unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly or decline the refund where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a parcel is returned as a result of our error or because the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

15. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the packaging and damaged items may be requested to assist with any investigation or courier claim.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the relevant courier.

Lost parcel investigations are subject to the procedures and timeframes of the shipping provider.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange either a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We are unable to refund or replace parcels that are confirmed as delivered to the address supplied at checkout unless evidence demonstrates that the parcel was lost or misdelivered by the courier.

16. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts, voucher codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • only one promotional code may be used per order;
  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed;
  • promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice; and
  • we reserve the right to cancel promotions where misuse, abuse or technical errors occur.

Promotional offers are subject to stock availability and any additional terms specified at the time of the promotion.

17. Returns & Refunds

Sapónne Naturals manufactures and sells cosmetic products intended for external use only unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test at least 24 hours before first use.
