Directions for Use:
Massage a small pea-sized amount (approx. 5ml = 700mg magnesium) into desired areas of the body. Suitable for use on legs, arms, back, shoulders, or tummy. Ideal before bed to support relaxation, or after activity for comfort and soothing. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.
